Information clause — Social Media in connection with the processing of personal data by OPTIDATA sp. z o. o. via Facebook and LinkedIn

The administrator of your personal data is OPTIDATA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow (address: ul. Wielicka 50/5, 30 — 552 Kraków), entered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Kraków Śródmimieście in Kraków, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000141956 (hereinafter “the Company”). The data will be processed in order to:

The data will be processed for the duration of your use of the Administrator's profile on social media, and after its termination to the extent that they have been recorded on these profiles for the period of maintaining these profiles by the Administrator, no longer than until you file a reasoned objection to further processing.

You have the right access to personal data, the right to request rectification or completion of personal data, the right to request the deletion of personal data, in the event of the circumstances indicated in Article 17 of the GDPR, the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data, in the cases indicated in Article 18 of the GDPR, the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

You have the right to object to the processing of your data for purposes arising from our legitimate interests.

Providing personal data is a prerequisite for using the Administrator's profile in social media. Providing data in the form of comments, responses or reactions on the administrator's profile is voluntary.

Recipients of your personal data may be: IT providers, hosting providers, accountancy providers, financial advisors and legal state and public institutions in accordance with applicable law and Internet service providers, including social media. Therefore, it is possible that the data will be transferred to a third country. In this case, we ensure that the transfer takes place to a country which, in accordance with the position of the European Commission, provides an adequate level of protection or the entity to which the data are transferred provides adequate safeguards, enforceable rights of data subjects and effective legal remedies, including, in particular, by concluding an agreement with the entity to which the data are transferred containing standard data protection clauses.

In terms of processing Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling by the Administrator.
