Data will be processed for the purpose of:

• managing the social media profile, including sharing information related to the Controller or its business activities and responding to messages. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which is the legitimate interest of the Controller in building brand image and maintaining relationships with individuals interested in the Company’s activities.
• building relationships and brand image, including maintaining contact with clients (including via online messengers) and for statistical purposes. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which is the legitimate interest of the Controller in carrying out PR activities and building the Controller’s brand in the market.

Data will be processed for the duration of your use of the Controller’s social media profile, and after its termination, to the extent that the data has been recorded on those profiles, for as long as the Controller maintains the profiles, but no longer than until you raise a legitimate objection to further processing.

You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request rectification or completion of personal data, the right to request the erasure of personal data in situations specified in Article 17 of the GDPR, the right to request restriction of processing in cases indicated in Article 18 of the GDPR, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

You have the right to object to the processing of your data for purposes arising from our legitimate interests.

Providing personal data is a condition for using the Controller’s profile on social media. Providing data in the form of comments, replies, or reactions on the Controller's profile is voluntary.

Recipients of your personal data may include: IT and hosting providers, accounting service providers, financial and legal advisors, state and public institutions in accordance with applicable legal regulations, and internet service providers, including social media platforms. As a result, it is possible that data may be transferred to a third country. In such a case, we ensure that the transfer will be made to a country that, according to the European Commission, provides an adequate level of protection, or to an entity that ensures appropriate safeguards, enforceable rights of data subjects, and effective legal remedies, in particular by concluding a data transfer agreement with the recipient that includes standard data protection clauses.

There will be no automated decision-making, including profiling, by the Controller in relation to your data processing.
