The website optidata.pl (hereinafter: “Website”) uses cookies (so-called “cookies”), small text files containing IT data. Cookies are saved by the Website via a web browser on the end device (computer, tablet, smartphone) of the Website user.

In addition, with the consent of the user expressed by checking the appropriate option in the cookie message appearing after visiting the Website, cookies may also be used for statistical, advertising or targeting purposes.

In this case, the recipients of personal data may be entities providing services to Optidata in the field of cookie management, advertising, marketing or statistical services, including companies from the Google group, which may also result in the transfer of data to a third country. In this case, we ensure that the transfer takes place to a country which, in accordance with the position of the European Commission, provides an adequate level of protection or the entity to which the data are transferred provides adequate safeguards, enforceable rights of data subjects and effective legal remedies, including, in particular, by concluding an agreement with the entity to which the data are transferred containing standard data protection clauses.

In this case, the user also has the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us, in a structured, commonly used computer format that is machine-readable. You can send this data to another data controller or request that we transmit the data to another controller. However, we will only do so if such a message is technically possible.

If the user opts for the use of cookies for targeting purposes, automated decision-making, including profiling, may take place in relation to him. It consists in creating a user profile on the basis of the content displayed by him on the Website and on other Internet portals and results in the adaptation of the content displayed by the user to the profile thus created.
