Agrecol LLC – Comprehensive implementation of the Invident WMS for Agrecol LLC

AGRECOL Sp. z o.o. is a Polish company that has been engaged in the production of specialized fertilizers as well as plant care and protection products for over twenty-five years. As a leading manufacturer in the country, it specializes in the professional preparation of a wide range of fertilizers and plant care products for all customer groups—from hobbyists to commercial gardening producers.

The implementation of the WMS OPTIpromag® system was preceded by a detailed analysis of AGRECOL Group’s requirements, during which OPTIDATA modeled the client’s processes and prepared the technical design of the target solution.

OPTIDATA’s offer for a comprehensive warehouse process support system (WMS), production support system (MES), and quality management system (QMS) was thoroughly analyzed by the company. It was selected based on price and quality competitiveness compared to other offers.

The solution has been implemented across the entire logistics process of AGRECOL. This includes receipt of raw materials, distribution of raw materials within the warehouse, production of semi-finished products and finished products, acceptance of finished products into the warehouse, and finally the collection and shipment of products to the end customer.

The system operates in warehouses for raw materials, production, finished products, returns, and advertising materials.

The operational process at each of these warehouses has been adapted to the individual needs of AGRECOL. The system supports goods storage management for various types of storage, including pallet racks, high and low storage, drive-in racks, shelf racks, and block storage.

• Automatic generation of tasks and their execution by users on terminals;
• Stock replenishment for production of raw materials and semi-finished products, resulting in task automation;
• Traceability—tracking batches of raw materials and products at every stage of production and storage;
• Identification of goods/logistics units and monitoring of warehouse locations for each unit;
• Identification of raw material inflows and outflows required for product manufacturing.
