Synthos Breda - Synthos Breda implements WMS at its plant in the Netherlands

A global player in the chemical industry – is now supported by our WMS system. This time, the software implementation took place in the Netherlands. Synthos Breda specializes in the production of expandable polystyrene and is the fourth branch of the company (following sites in Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic) to automate warehouse processes using our solutions. The project covered the entire operation of the facility: from raw material receipt and placement in the warehouse, issuing to production, receiving the finished product, allocating it in storage zones, and dispatching to the end customer. Additionally, the system supports batch management and assists with quality control processes. The software was enhanced with a mobile application running on Android and integrated with the parent SAP system.
